Prospective Postdoctoral Research Associate
Dr. Kung now invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position!
This position is designed to offer research and professional development opportunities to prepare the candidate for an academic position in psychology and related fields. The postdoctoral scholar will contribute to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of workplace discrimination, conflict management, and goals and motivation. Ongoing projects examine ways to improve a fair and inclusive organizational climate that enables all employees, such as Asian American workers, to be seen as fully human at work and thrive.

Dr. Kung is open to supporting potential graduate school applicants interested in joining the lab to apply for the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP; due October each year prior to graduate school deadline) or similar fellowship opportunities.
